INTERVIEWING TIPS..

-Come to the interview with a 30-60 second intoduction.
Education,Work History, Personal Intrests

-Show some energy!!
Let the interviewer know that you want to be there
Have Confidence
Convey Passion

-Use examples that highlight your experience.
High Scope (difficult situations, stepping out of your comfort zone,ect..)
Brainstorm 5-6 situations that could apply to many questions

-Answer every question with the Situation, Behavior, and Outcome.
Include what you learned from the situation.

-Know the position you are applying for.

-Know where you want to go with the company.

-Listen to the question and take a moment to think about your answer.

-Be prepared to speak about your strengths and weaknesses(opportunities).

-Relax!! Think of the interview as a conversation.
